Further development:
The Sadharanikaran School Counseling Technique (SSCT) has been proposed through a research paper presented at the 1st National Conference on School Counseling and Psychological Wellbeing, organized by the School Counseling and Wellbeing Support Center, Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED), Lalitpur, Nepal, 20 June 2025, which has been published as a journal article as follows:

Acharya, T., and Adhikary, N. M. (2025). Hermeneutic phenomenological study using SMC on well-being of students enduring difficult situations. Journal of Contemplative Education and Psychological Wellbeing, 1, 1-15.

This is to note that both the SMAT and SSCT are rooted to the Sadharanikaran Model of Communication (SMC) constructed by Nirmala Mani Adhikary in 2003, and developed further over the years.
